2. Nature of the service
CardPlaza is an intermediation platform between users (individuals and stores) for buying, selling and trading collectible cards. The Operator is not a party to the contracts concluded between users and does not handle payments between them. The conditions of use are in the Terms and Conditions.
3. Prices of paid plans
The prices of the Pro and Store plans are shown on the Premium page, in euros and including VAT where due, with period length, automatic renewal and cancellation method. Before purchase an order summary is shown and the confirmation button states the obligation to pay. The order confirmation and the receipt or invoice are sent by email. 4. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints, reports of unlawful content and authority requests can be sent to legal@cardplaza.net (point of contact under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; consumers can turn to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies listed in the national registers.
5. Trademarks and third-party rights
All names and images of the games and cards belong to their respective owners. CardPlaza is neither affiliated with nor approved by them. To report rights violations write to the legal contact address.
